The European Union has imposed sanctions against the heroes of ACF's investigations.

December 19, 2023

The European Union has imposed sanctions on the hero of our investigations, Mkrtich Okroyan. He is the general designer and owner of the AMNTK "Soyuz" company, which manufactures components for Russian rockets.

ACF has published several investigations about Okroyan and his family. We found a mansion in the United Kingdom for 6 million pounds and a villa in Spain on the Mediterranean coast for 20 million euros.

Okroyan's wife then sold the Spanish villa. The new owner was Lina Korotchenko, an employee of the Balashikha casting and mechanical plant. The owners of this plant are also Okroyans.

Okroyan's relatives were the formal owners of his foreign properties. At the same time, none of his family members have ever been affected by the sanctions.

Alexei Shaposhnikov, the speaker of the Moscow City Duma, was also included in the 12 package of sanctions. We have already published several investigations about him. For example, we found out that his daughter owns a luxury apartment in Spain for which she could not earn any money herself.

Also, only now has the European Union imposed sanctions on Boris Obnosov, Russia's top rocket engineer, whose family owns a company and luxury real estate in Poland.
